Made to Order
All Phantom MX products are made to order. Items are typically printed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Orders
We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package appears lost, contact us at support@phantom-mx.com and we will do our best to help resolve it.

Wrong Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
