Products and Orders
All Phantom MX products are made to order. Production begins shortly after your order is placed. Cancellations or changes can only be made before fulfillment begins — contact support@phantom-mx.com immediately. Product colors may vary slightly from screen. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Pricing
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Returns and Refunds
Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost — contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

All content on this website including designs, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Phantom MX and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

Prohibited Use
